About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Control & Reporting
- Own the monthly monitoring and analysis of General Expenses, ensuring performance remains aligned to forecast and business expectations
- Maintain and manage forecasts in SAP, ensuring accurate business unit reporting and data integrity
- Coordinate the Annual Business Planning (ABP) and periodic forecasting cycles in collaboration with local and regional teams
- Lead bottom-up expense planning across functions, driving accountability and cost ownership
- Prepare and enhance month-end reporting packs, delivering clear variance analysis versus budget and prior periods
Business Partnering & Cost Governance
- Act as a trusted finance business partner, supporting management with insight-led decision-making
- Take full ownership of corporate credit card spend, including banking relationships and controls
- Manage travel and expense governance, partnering with travel service providers to optimise cost and compliance
- Serve as the local finance lead on regional General Expenses management and improvement initiatives

Skills & Capabilities
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a strong focus on accuracy
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, deadline-driven FMCG environment
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and the wider MS Office suite
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Finance degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a finance function
- SAP experience is highly advantageous
