You’ll be the engine room of HR on site — keeping things running, accurate, and compliant, while supporting the HRBP and line managers.
Fast-paced. Detail-heavy. Operational.
The Role:
- Own HR admin + data integrity (SAP, SuccessFactors, Mfiles)
- Support recruitment end-to-end
- Assist with ER matters and maintain stable employee relations
- Prepare reports, insights, and HR tracking
- Keep policies, processes, and compliance tight and up to standard
- Support HR projects and improve how HR runs on site
- Stay close to the business — visible, present, involved
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualification, HR degree or relevant qualification
- 3–5 years HR Generalist experience
- Exposure to manufacturing / industrial environments
- Solid ER understanding
- Strong SAP experience (non-negotiable)
- High attention to detail + accuracy
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
