Commercial Sales Support | Bedfordview
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Support professional to join a dynamic international trading environment. This role provides critical support to the commercial team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales and trading activities while coordinating across logistics, finance, operations, and external partners.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining business continuity, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring the efficient administration and execution of customer orders and trading transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the commercial team in preparing quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.

Obtain pricing information and freight rates from suppliers and logistics providers.

Assist in maintaining continuity across assigned markets and customer portfolios.

Monitor ongoing commercial transactions and ensure timely execution of deals.

Track shipments and liaise with logistics providers to resolve delivery-related matters.

Provide support on finance, compliance, and logistics-related commercial activities.

Create and maintain customer records within internal systems.

Prepare detailed order templates and documentation for operational processing.

Analyse and maintain large volumes of pricing, freight, and commercial data.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Support administrative and reporting requirements to ensure efficient commercial operations.

Assist with identifying and resolving operational issues that may impact customer service or transaction execution.
Key Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a commercial support, sales support, trading, logistics, or supply chain environment.

International supply chain/trade experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large data sets.

Excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
