Kelly Sinclair
Owner-Manager
“I am Kelly Sinclair, owner-manager of KSRP. My journey in the industry started in 1998 as an executive recruiter for an American company in the UK. I set about opening start-up offices for American software companies all over Europe. I have over 18 years local South African experience and have built relationships with some incredible people in that time.”
Kelly is loyal, honest, outgoing, with a wicked sense of humour. She never over-promises and does her very best to get it right the first time.
Mom, partner, sister, daughter, business partner. Kelly loves coffee to kick start her morning, and a large glass of wine at the end of the day to celebrate successful placements; Rupert & Rothschild would be her choice. The beach feeds Kelly’s soul….her favourite places in South Africa are Kalk Bay in Cape Town and Southbroom on the KZN South Coast where she can happily dig her toes into beach sand.
Kelly’s foodie aspirations are satisfied by frequenting the many amazing restaurants Durban has to offer (feel free to ask for recommendations!).
Adelle Shaw
Talent Specialist
Adelle is the Talent Specialist at KSRP. She started her recruitment career in the UK, working for a High Street recruitment agency specialising in the financial sector. After 13 years in the UK, Adelle and family moved back to South Africa in 2013. She joins KSRP with almost 10 years of industry experience and knowledge.
A stickler for processes, structure and routine makes her a perfectionist, and her A-type personality complements Kelly’s blue sky thinking and creativity. Going the extra mile comes naturally to Adelle. Her warmth, empathy and understanding has ensured that the relationships she builds are enduring.
Adelle’s life is her children and when she’s not finding your perfect match, you will find her on the sidelines supporting whichever sport her daughters are playing on the day. When the sun sets, its cooking, family and friends that keeps Adelle going.
Aimee Freeman
Office Manager
Aimee is the Office Manager at KSRP. She recently made the move into the recruitment industry, after working in various administrative, accounts and managerial positions in manufacturing. She has a mind that is geared towards customer satisfaction, problem solving and is passionate about following processes.
Aimee uses her creativity to think of ways to help a business to run as smart as possible, she believes in working smarter, not harder. Putting together systems, while utilizing her love of Excel, is like a hobby to her. A significant level of professionalism & paying keen attention to detail means that her work is treated with confidence & a committed level to accuracy, efficiency & organization.
Aimee has a quick-wit sense of humour, enjoys reading, music, cooking, watching series and movies with her partner, and going out (or staying in) with friends for a meal with lots of conversation and laughter. Like her colleagues, she too enjoys a good glass of wine.
