Key Responsibilities:
Financial Mastery:
  • Own the balance sheet! Perform reconciliations, manage contracts like a pro, and optimize sales to boost ROI. You’ll play a key role in evaluating new products and promotions, while also influencing supplier negotiations to maximize income and rebates.
Budget and Cost Control Guru:
  • Keep a sharp eye on monthly costs, unlock operational efficiencies, and drive smart financial decisions. You’ll analyze promotions and ensure we’re always making the most of our budget!
Strategic Reporting:
  • Take the lead in preparing and presenting insightful weekly and monthly financial flash reports. Work closely with cost center owners to fine-tune forecasts and make a real impact.
Inspiring Leadership:
  • Build strong relationships across the board, foster a high-performance culture, and lead a talented team to success. You’ll be the financial go-to person in the department, guiding us toward even greater results!
Exciting Projects:
  • Get involved in diverse, high-impact finance projects alongside the Divisional Finance Executive and Marketing Executive. This is your chance to showcase your skills and creativity!
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • CA (SA) qualification is a must!
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, in the FMCG sector.
  • A team player with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A visionary with the ability to turn strategy into action, particularly when it comes to financial objectives.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how to enhance customer service through financial decisions.
