Financial Controller (Plant)

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of all plant finance activities. You’ll work closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team, providing accurate, timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly financial packs, flash results, and sales reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the plant
- Oversee CAPEX, tooling, and asset management
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Manage costing, stock control, and cash flow
- Review payroll, oversee the general ledger, and handle forex requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes
- Coach, develop, and manage the plant finance team
What you’ll bring:
- BCom
- 5+ years in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing or plant environment
- A solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and management reporting
- Strong systems knowledge and attention to detail
