A strong Group Financial Manager opportunity within a dynamic business, focused on group reporting, controls, and driving consistency across multiple entities (local and international).
Reporting into the Divisional Finance Executive, this role sits at the centre of reporting, controls, and process improvement across the group.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Owning group consolidations, monthly reporting, forecasts, budgets, and year-end
- Reviewing income statements and balance sheets across multiple entities
- Managing working capital, cash visibility, and payment cycles
- Strengthening financial controls — design, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Driving standardisation and automation of processes across the group
- Overseeing tax reporting requirements
- Managing the external audit process end-to-end
- Leading on finance systems and driving enhancements
- Building and leading a high-performing finance team
What they’re looking for:
- CA(SA)
- ±10 years’ experience in a similar group / reporting role
- Strong grounding in financial controls, risk, and reporting
- Proven ability to improve and implement finance processes
- Leadership and project management experience
