We’re looking for a Head of Key Accounts to take the lead in strengthening customer partnerships, implementing risk management strategies, and expanding product adoption within the transport industry.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and execute a key accounts strategy that drives revenue growth and aligns with the company’s vision.
  • Customer Risk Management – Analyse trends, implement proactive risk solutions, and collaborate across teams to enhance safety outcomes.
  • Team Leadership – Mentor and inspire a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service with a customer-first approach.
  • Partnership Building – Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring long-term value and trust.
  • Execution & Impact – Monitor key performance metrics and implement best practices to deliver top-tier account management.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales Leadership, or Customer Success
  • Proven track record in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Passion for innovation and improving safety within the transport industry
  • Bonus: A degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
