You’ll sit close to the operation — not behind a desk — and make sure the business has the right people, performing properly.
 
  • Partner with line managers to improve performance through people
  • Own ER in a tough, industrial environment
  • Drive change projects that actually land
  • Build talent pipelines, succession, and development
  • Push back, challenge, influence
  • Make HR commercial, not theoretical
 
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification, HR degree or relevant qualification. 
  • Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development/Industrial Organisational Psychology/Change Management/Business Development/Continuous  
  • 6–8 years true HRBP experience
  • Manufacturing / industrial exposure (non-negotiable)
  • Strong ER backbone
  • Comfortable with change + ambiguity
  • SAP experience
  • Registration with SABPP or IPM advantageous

  • Knows how to get buy-in, not just give advice
