Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to lead at a strategic level? We are seeking a dynamic Divisional Human Capital Executive to drive human resources strategies, foster talent, and champion organizational excellence within a high-performing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with divisional leaders to provide strategic human capital support.
- Design talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee Employment Equity and BBBEE strategies and compliance.
- Lead industrial relations and manage engagement with trade unions.
- Promote a learning culture through impactful training and development programs.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR legislation and monitor evolving legal requirements.
- Manage reward and remuneration strategies, ensuring market competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Human Sciences, HR Management, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
- MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in senior HR leadership within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong expertise in HR systems, payroll legislation, and organizational development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
