HR & Payroll Specialist
Location: Midrand
 
Are you a skilled HR & Payroll Specialist looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a leader in the FMCG sector, is seeking a professional with strong payroll expertise and HR administration experience to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, and terminations
  • Maintain and update HRIS and payroll systems (Sage VIP preferred)
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Assist with audits, governance reporting, and statutory submissions
  • Support training coordination and workplace skills plan submissions
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, HR, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in payroll, 2+ years in HR admin, HRIS, and people management
  • Industry Knowledge: FMCG or Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and excellent communication
