Regional Financial Controller | Gqeberha
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Regional Financial Controller to take financial responsibility across multiple manufacturing plants.
This is a hands-on, operational finance role for someone who understands manufacturing, enjoys getting behind the numbers and can provide meaningful financial insight to support business and plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial analysis and commercial support to plant and operational management

Prepare monthly financial packs, flash results and management reports

Analyse actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key variances

Prepare plant P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts

Manage budgeting and forecasting across the plants

Oversee stock control, stock takes and variance investigations

Manage cash flow, working capital, debtors, creditors and GRNI
-
Manage CAPEX, tooling and fixed asset reporting

Analyse manufacturing costs, landed costs and Purchase Price Variances (PPV)

Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls and audit requirements

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and profitability

Lead and develop the finance teams supporting the plants
Key Requirements:

BCom or National Diploma in Financial Accounting
-
CIMA highly advantageous
-
Strong Financial Controller / Management Accounting experience within manufacturing

Solid understanding of costing, stock, CAPEX and working capital

Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience

Experience across multiple plants/business units advantageous

Previous people-management experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
