Rewards Analyst

Own the data behind pay.Support the design and delivery of fair, competitive, and compliant reward structures.
You’ll turn data into insight and help the business make smarter pay decisions.
 
  •  Run salary benchmarking (Remchannel, PwC, WTW)
  • Analyse pay structures, equity, and competitiveness
  • Support salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive modelling
  • Build reward dashboards and reports
  • Ensure compliance (BCEA, tax, PAYE)
  • Support REMCO reporting
  • Guide HRBPs and managers on offers and pay decisions
 
Requirements
  • Degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar
  • Postgrad advantageous
  • Minimum NQF 6
  • SARA registration beneficial
  • Valid driver’s license
 
Experience That Counts
  • 3–5 years in reward / remuneration / HR analytics
  • Exposure to salary surveys + job evaluation systems
  • Strong knowledge of SA reward + tax legislation
  • Payroll systems understanding
  • SAP essential
  • Reward certifications (SARA / WorldatWork) advantageous
